To provide Opportunity for men to grow into their full God-given potential

Jesus is our source of our existence, our faith, our new life, and the reason for all we do. “In Him we live and move and have our being.” He is the essence of our ability to love God and each other. “We love because He loved us first.” Salvation is in Christ alone.
He is our wisdom, our righteousness, our sanctification, our redemption. Our boast is in Him alone. (1 Cor. 1:30)
The Forge will in all areas keep Christ as our center and focus, leading men to a deeper and real understanding and relationship with Him.
You cannot foster another man's heart towards Christ unless you are already there.

Heb. 4:12, “For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart."
Eph. 6: 18, “Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.”
Prayer of righteous, unified men in the Spirit is powerful…far beyond our own natural capacities.
James 5:16 "Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working."

As our relationships are forged, the Word of God holds a key place.
Jesus prayed, in John 17:17, “Sanctify them (set them apart for holy service to God) in the truth; your word is truth.”
We need God’s word on our hearts and minds, it will give eternal focus and perspective on leading our families, workplaces, and other men.

Paul emphasized to Timothy the need for men to be at peace with one another as they served Christ together. Confessing sin, and living in authentic relationships take time, honesty, intentionality and patience.
An effective men’s ministry includes activities and settings that encourage bonding, sharing, and holding each other accountable. (Prov. 27:17)
Matthew 18:20 “for wherever two or more are gathered in my name, there am I with them”

This is the ministry-multiplying GO piece. Taking what is learned and experienced back to our homes and communities as ‘torchbearers’. Living out by Holy Spirit power what is learned together… leading and serving in love in our families, workplaces, and communities.
Disciples making disciples, moving towards our vision of every man living. Out his full God-given potential in every area of his life, all the while inviting other men to join.
Hebrews 5:12 “For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the basic principles of the oracles of God. You need milk, not solid food,” Our goal is to teach men to be teachers, living out their lives teaching, through the spirit, to their families, communities, churches and brothers in the faith.
